In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule-I appended to the said Act; namely: -

In Schedule-I, after the existing S.No. 76, the following new S.No. 77 and entries thereto shall be added; namely: -

" 77. Guar Seed, Guar Refined Dal or split, Guar Gum Power, Dhencha and Punwad "
