In exercise of the powers conferred by S.4(5), Raj. VAT Act, 2003, the State Government , hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule IV appended to the said Act namely :-

Amendment

In the said Schedule IV,-

1. The existing Item No. 41 and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following; namely :-

"41. Cups, glasses, plates, forks and spoons made of paper, plastic or thermocol, disposable food packing containers, tooth picks, straw, aluminum house foils and tissue paper".

2. The existing Item No. 67 and entries thereto shall be deleted.

3. The existing Item No. 131 and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following namely :-

"131. Sweet meat (Deshi) including Gazak, Reveri and Tilpatti and unbranded namkeens including dried potato chips"

4. In Part-B of Schedule IV, after the existing Item No. 266 and entries thereto, the following new Item No. 267 and entries thereto shall be added, namely :-

"267. Calcined magnesite and Magnesium Chloride'
