In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in SCHEDULE-I appended to the said Act; namely.-

AMENDMENT

In the said schedule, after the existing S.No. 75, the following new S.No. 76 and entries thereto shall be added; namely. -

" 76.

Incense sticks commonly known as agarbatti, dhupkathi or dhupbatti.

This notification shall have effect from 01.4.06 subject to the conditions that tax charged or collected, if any, shall be deposited to the State Government and tax already deposited to the State Government, shall not be refunded.
