MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 70-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in schedule II of the said Adhiniyam, namely :-

AMENDMENTS

In part - III of schedule II of the said Act, for serial number 3 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely :-

"3.	Aviation turbine fuel other than those specified in clause (ii-d) of section 14 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (No. 74 of 1956),-
	(1)	when sold within 1 year from the date of this notification for a new flight starting in the State of Madhya Pradesh certified to be so by the competent officer of tourism department of Government of Madhya Pradesh in accordance with the policy made by the department	20
	(2)	otherwise	28.75".
