In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the Goa Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Goa Act 9 of 2005) (herein after referred to as the "said Act"), read with Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Goa hereby amends the Government Notification No. 4/5/2005-Fin(R&C)(4) dated 31st March, 2005, published in the Official Gazette, (Extraordinary No. 3}, Series 11, No. 53, dated 31st March,2005(herein after called the "said Notification"), as follows.-
In Annexure to the said Notification, after entry at Sr. No. {5), the following entry shall be inserted namely:-
"(6) Lotteries including online lotteries".
This Notification shall come into force at once.
