In this Act unless the context otherwise requires:

(xxxiii) "Maximum Retail Price", (Omitted w.e.f. 01-07-2017) in respect of goods taxable under this Act, means maximum price printed on the package of any goods at which such goods may be sold to the ultimate consumer, whether such price is inclusive of tax or not;
