THE HARYANA VALUE ADDED TAX - NOTIFICATIONS

NOTIFICATION S.O.58/H.A.6/2003/S 59/2006., Dated 20th June, 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 59 of the Haryana Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (6 of 2003), and with reference to Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. Web 9 /H.A.6/2003/S.59/2006, dated the 19th May, 2006, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendment in Schedules B and C appended to the said Act, namely:-

Amendment

In the Haryana Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (6 of 2003), -

1 in Schedule B, -

(i) in serial number 1, under heading "C. Tractor Drawn Agricultural Implements" in item 11, for sub-item (i), the following sub-item shall be substituted, namely:-

(ii) for serial number 3 and entry thereagainst, the following serial number and entry thereagainst shall be substituted, namely: -

(iii) after serial number 28 and entry thereagainst, the following serial number and entry thereagainst shall be inserted, namely: -

(v) after serial number 60 and entry thereagainst, the following serial number and entry thereagainst shall be added at the end, namely:-

2. in Schedule C, -

(i) after serial number 16 and entry thereagainst, the following serial numbers and entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely:-

(iii) after serial number 39 and entry thereagainst, the following serial number and entry thereagainst shall be inserted, namely;-
