2. Definitions

(1) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,

(zh) "Schedule" means a Schedule appended to this Act and the description of any goods specified there in shall be subject to the exceptions, restrictions and conditions, if any, and the application of the provisions of this Act referring to the Schedule shall be subject to the circumstances, if any, mentioned therein generally or against such goods;
