NOTIFICATION No. S.O. 22, dated 18th March, 2005-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to specify that the tax payable by dealers who have opted to pay at a fixed rate in lieu of the payable by them under the Act shall be calculated at the rate of 1 percentum of their Taxable Turnover.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 2005.
