In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

2(zb). "Registered Dealer" means a dealer in possession of a valid certificate of registration granted to him under section 19 or under the provisions of the Bihar Finance Act, 1981, (Bihar Act 5 of 1981) as it stood before its repeal by section 94;
