In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

2(c). "Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Taxes" means an Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Taxes and Additional Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Taxes appointed under sub-section (1) of section 10;
