In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.5 of 2005) the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the Schedule-VI appended to the said Act.

2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on and from 01-05-2006.

AMENDMENT

1. In the said Act,in Schedule VI,-

(1) In item No.5, for the words "Diesel Oil" the following shall be substituted namely:-

"All kinds of Diesel Oils including C-9".

(2) In the Note under the Explanations IV after item (j), the following shall be added, namely,-

"(k)" Shell India Marketing Private Limited".
