THE CHHATTISGARH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2005 - NOTIFICATION

NOTIFICATION No. F-10/65/2006/CT/V(57)., Dated 13th June, 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in part II of Schedule-II of the said act with effect from 1st April, 2006 :-

AMENDMENT

in column (2) against serial No. 39 after the word "cups" the word ", plates" shall be added.

2. in column (2) against serial No. 86 after the words "PVC pipes" the words "and fittings thereof" shall be added.

3. entry No. 36, 46, 82 and 91 shall be omitted

4. in column (2) against S. No. 118 in place of the words "Writing instruments, geometry boxes, crayons, pencil, sharpners and writing ink" the words "Stationery as notified by the State Government" shall be substituted.

5. after serial No. 118 the following entries shall be added
