THE CHHATTISGARH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2005 - NOTIFICATION

Notification No. F-10/ 88 /2006/CT/V( 77 ), Dated 26th September, 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in part II of Schedule-II of the said act:-

AMENDMENT

1. in column (2) against serial No. 111 for the word "Tools" the words "Tools as notified by the State Government" shall be substituted.

2. in column (2) against serial No. 10 after the words "All types of yarn" the words "and yarn waste" shall be added.

3. after serial No. 120 the following entries shall be added:-

This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st October, 2006.
