In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in part II of Schedule-II of the said act with effect from the date of publication in official gazette:-

AMENDMENT

In column (2) against serial No. 112 for the words "Tractors, harvestors and attachment and parts thereof" the words "Tractors, harvesters, attachment and parts including tyre and tube thereof" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st October, 2006.
