In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 15 of Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No.2 of 2005) the State Government hereby makes following amendment with effect from the date of publication in official gazette:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule-I to the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No.2 of 2005), in entry No. 29 after the words "bran of cereal" the words " and de-oiled cake including soya meal" shall be added.
