NOTIFICATION No. F-10/34/2006/CT/V(24), Dated 7th April, 2006

In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15-A of the State Government hereby makes following amendment with effect from 1-4-2006 in Schedule-II to the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005( No.2 of 2005) :-

AMENDMENT

In Part-II of Schedule II to the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No.2 of 2005), entry No.101 be omitted.
