In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 1 of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Sales Tax (Amendment) Act, 2005 (No.2 of 2006), the State Government hereby appoints 1st April, 2006 the date on which this Act shall come in to force.,
