Notice for forfeiture of any amount under section 37(3) of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005

Whereas I have reason to believe, that during the period from __________to ______ you have collected by way of tax a sum of Rs. __________ in contravention of the provisions of sub-section (l) of section 37 of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005.

Now, therefore, you are hereby directed to attend personally or through a person authorised by you in writing under section 24 of the said Act at_____ (place) at_______( time) on ________(date) and show cause why the sum of Rs. _______or such other sum as may be finally determined as collected by you in contravention of the provisions of sub-section (l) of section 37 of the said Act be forfeited under the provisions of sub-section (3)_ of that section.
