No. 949-F.T., the 27th March, 2002.- ln exercise of the power conferred by sub-clause (a) of clause (40) of section 2 of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994), the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following amendment in this department notification No. 920-F.T., dated the 31st March, 2000 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification):-

In the said notification, in the first paragraph, under the heading "The sales referred to above", after the word "bitumen", insert the words, letters and brackets". Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), propane, or butane".
