NOTIFICATION No.405 F.T. dated 18^th February, 2005

In exercise of the power conferred by sub-clause (a) of clause (40) of section 2 of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994(West Ben.XLIX of 1994), the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following amendment in this department notification No.2941-F.T., dated the 26^th of August, 2004 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification):-

In the said notification, for paragraph 2, substitute the following paragraph:-

"2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1^st day of September, 2004,".
