Notification No. G.O.(P)No. 56/03/TD (S.R.O. No. 325/2003), dated 31st March, 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Kerala General Sales Tax Act, 1963 (15 of 1963), the Government of Kerala having considered it necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby make an exemption in respect of the surcharge payable under section 3 of the Kerala surcharge on taxes Act, 1957 by a dealer in foreign liquor holding an F.L.-9 licence under the Akbari Act of 1077 and the rules made thereunder on the tax payable under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Kerala General Sales Tax Act, 1963 from the 1st day of October 2002 to 31st March 2003.
