Notification S.R.O. No. 339/63, dated 30th March, 1963 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Kerala General Sales Tax Act, 1963 (Act 15 of 1963), the Government of Kerala hereby appoint the Appellate Tribunal Appointed by Government under Section 2A of the General Sales Tax Act, 1125 (Act XI of 1125) as the Appellate Tribunal to perform the functions assigned to them by or under the Kerala General Sales Tax Act. 1963 (Act 15 of 1963). This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 1963.
