2. The application should, if it is preferred by any person other than the Member, Board of Revenue or an officer empowered by the Government under Sub-section (1) of Section 41, be accompanied by a fee of Rs.100/-

3. The pplication should be written in English and should set forth concisely and under distinct heads fresh facts which were not before the High Court at the time of passing the original order and the question of facts and low raised. There should be no argument or narrative.
