In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 20 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. CT-4-0002-2022-Sec-l-V(CT) (59), dated 29th December, 2023, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the figure and word "30th April, 2024", the figure and word "31sl August, 2024" shall be substituted.
