Body NOTIFICATION S.R.O. No. 6536FIN-CT1-TAX-0007-2017/2024, Dated 13th March, 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Odisha Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, the State Government do hereby make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 41297-CTC-39/2006/F., dated the 28th September, 2006 published in the extraordinary issue no. 1424 of the Orissa Gazette, dated the 28th September, 2006, bearing S.R.O. No. 545/2006, as amended from time to time, and the last such amendment is made in the notification of the Government of Odisha in Finance Department No. 23124-CTC-4/2010( Part-2)/F., dated the 14th May,2010 published in the extraordinary issue no. 760 of the Orissa Gazette, dated the 17th May,2010, bearing S.R.O. No. 183/2010,namely: -

AMENDMENTS

In the Schedule to the said notification, for serial no. 2 including the entries made against it, the following serial no. and the entries shall be substituted under appropriate column, namely: -
