Body Notification No. 03/2024-State Tax, No. GST.1024/C.R.9/Taxation-1, dated 21st February, 2024.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, (Mah. XLIII of 2017), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government of Maharashtra, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the Government Notification of Finance Department No. 30/2023- State Tax, dated the 22nd August, 2023 published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part IV-B, Extra-ordinary No. 319, dated the 22nd August, 2023, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.

2. This notification shall come into force from 1st day of January, 2024.
