In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso of Section 6 of the Chhattisgarh Settlement of Arrears of Tax, Interest and Penalty Act, 2023, the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in the notification No. F 10-40/2022/CT/V(35), dated 15th September 2023, issued by this departments, namely

In the said notification,-

For the figures, word and punctuation "31 January 2024", wherever they occur the figures, word and punctuation "31st March 2024" shall be substituted.

This Notification shall come into force from the date of issue.
