In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 148 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds in this department's notification No. CT-8-0009-2023-Sec-l-V (CT) (34), dated the 1st September, 2023, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of January 2024.
