In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under sub-section (2) of section 4 read with clause (91) of section 2 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act. 2017 (19 of 2017), I, Ashok Kumar Meena, Commissioner of State Tax hereby specify the Tax Inspectors, to exercise the powers and perform the duties of Proper officer (within the meaning of the above said clause of the Act) in the areas mentioned in column (3) there against and make the following amendment in Order No.1/2021/GST-II, dated the 22nd March, 2021, namely
