In exercise of the powers conferred by the section 148 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017) (hereafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the GST Council, is pleased to make the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Himachal Pradesh notification number 30/2023-State Tax, dated 18th September, 2023, published in the rajpatra of Himachal Pradesh, vide No. EXN-F(10)-5/2023, dated 18th September, 2023, namely:-

In the said notification, after the words "hereby notifies the following special procedure to be followed" the words and figures "with effect from 1st day of January, 2024" shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from the 31st July, 2023.
