ORDER:

Government issued orders for appointing the Commissioner of State Tax and Joint Commissioner of State Tax, notified by the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, as Revisional Authority under section 3 read with Section 2 of (99) of the APGST Act, 2017 (Act No. 16 of 2017) vide reference 4th cited.

Accordingly, Sri K. Ravi Sankar, Commissioner of State Tax, O/o Chief Commissioner of State Tax, A.P., Kunchanapalli, Guntur and Joint Commissioners of State Tax having jurisdiction of the Division are hereby notified as Revisional Authority under Section 3 read with Section 2(99) of the APGST Act, 2017 (Act No. 16 of 2017).

The orders shall come into force with effect from 01st November, 2023.
