ORDER:

In exercise of the authority conferred under sub-section (91) of section 2, read with sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and in partial modification of the orders issued in the reference 17th cited, the following further modification is made as under:

In Serial No.31, for the Section 108 of the APGST Act, 2017 read with Rule 109 of APGST Rules, 2017, for "Revision of decisions passed by adjudicating authorities", the existing Proper Officer is replaced as under:
