THE GUJARAT GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 Notification

Body NOTIFICATION No. GSL/STATE TAX/RULES/8(4A)/B. 42, Dated 30th October, 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to sub-rule (4A) of rule 8 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Chief Commissioner of State tax, hereby notifies the Facilitation Centre specified in column (4) of the Table below, in respect of the applicant falling under jurisdiction offices specified in column (3) for the jurisdiction area specified in column (2) of the said Table for the purpose of biometric-based Aadhaar authentication, taking photograph of the applicant and verification of original copy of documents uploaded with the application of registration:
