In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(102A) "specified actionable claim" means the actionable claim involved in or by way of,-

(i) betting;

(ii) casinos;

(iii) gambling;

(iv) horse racing;

(v) lottery; or

(vi) online money gaming;
