In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023 ( 21 of 2023), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints,-

(a) the 1st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3 to 6, 8 to 15, 22 to 25 and clause (b) of section 26 of the said Act shall come into force;

(b) the 1st day of August, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 16 to 21 of the said Act shall come into force.
