In continuation of this department's notifications of even No. dated 3rd March, 2023 and 4th March, 2023, whereby the Himachal Pradesh Sadhbhawana Legacy Cases Resolution Scheme, 2023 and Procedure for the scheme respectively, were notified, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to launch the 3rd phase of Himachal Pradesh Sadhbhawana Legacy Cases Resolution Scheme, 2023, for three months with effect from 01.10.2023 to 31.12.2023 with the same terms & conditions.
