In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2A) of section 174 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.9 of 2017), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification number F.12 (5) FD / Tax / 2023-98 dated 10.02.2023, with immediate effect, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification,-

1. Amendment of Clause 1.-

In sub-clause (2) of clause 1, for the existing expression "30.09.2023", the expression "31.12.2023", shall be substituted; and

2. Amendment of Clause 3.-

In clause 3, in the Table under the existing definition (m) for the existing expression "30.09.2023" against Phase-III, the expression "31.12.2023", shall be substituted.
