In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance No.10 of 2023, dated 31st July, 2023 the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints,-

(a) the 1st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 24 (except sections 14 to 19) of the said Ordinance shall come into force;

(b) the 1st day of August, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 14 to 19 of the said Ordinance shall come into force.
