In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 96 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, read with Rule 103 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, Government hereby re-constitute the Andhra Pradesh Authority for Advance Ruling with the following Members:-

(1) Sri K. Ravi Sankar, Commissioner of State Tax, O/o Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Kunchanapalli, Guntur District (Member- State Tax)

(2) Sri Lakshmi Narayana Bokka, Joint Commissioner, Guntur CGST Commissionerate (Member-Central Tax)

2. The authority shall function from the office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Kunchanapalli, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh.
