In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 and Section3-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, appoints the Officers mentioned in Column (2) of the table below as Additional Appellate Authority for the area specified in column (3) and confers the powers to dispose off the Appeal cases Under sectin 46 of the said act in the area. This responsibility shall be in addition to their present responsibilities :-
