Body NOTIFICATION S.O. No. 06 Dated 6th March, 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) and (2) of Section 96 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the State Government, hereby amends the departmental notification S.O. No. 34 dated- 13th April, 2018, read with S.O. No. 50 dated- 18th August, 2021 regarding the constitution of the Jharkhand Authority of Advance Ruling, in the following manner:-
