In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 5 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act. 2017 (Act no. 9 of 2017). (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), I. Dr. Ravi Kumar Surpur, Chief Commissioner. State Tax, Rajasthan, hereby delegate the powers conferred under Section 84 of the said Act to all the Zonal Additional Commissioners (Adm.), with immediate effect.
