In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.5 of 2005), Government of Andhra Pradesh here by makes the following amendment to Schedule-VI of the said Act.

AMENDMENT

In the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005, in Schedule VI, in the note under Explanation IV, after item (n) the following shall be added.

(o) Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited.
