WHEREAS the Governor is satisfied that it is necessary so to do in the public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18 of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994), as amended, the Governor is pleased hereby to make further amendment to this Department notification No. 242-F.T., dated 22nd day of February, 2021 published in the Kolkata Gazette, Part I, as subsequently amended:-

Amendment

In the said notification, for the words and figures "31st day of December, 2022", the words and figures "31st day of March, 2023" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
