THE ANDHRA PRADESH GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 Notifications

Body NOTIFICATION G.O.Ms.No.743, Revenue (CT.I), Dated 12th December, 2022.

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 96 of Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 read with Rule 103 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, Government hereby reconstitute the Andhra Pradesh Authority for Advance Ruling with the following members:-

    I. Sri R.V.Pradhamesh Bhanu, Joint Commissioner, Visakhapatnam CGST Commissionerate (Member-Central Tax).

    II. Sri K.Ravi Sankar, Commissioner (ST), O/o. Chief Commissioner of State Tax, A.P., Kunchanapalli, Guntur District (Member-State Tax).

The authority shall function from the Office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Kunchanapalli, Guntur Dist.
