In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2022 (8 of 2022), the Jharkhand Government hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 19, except of section 12 and section 13, of the said Act shall come into force.
