In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of Section 20 of Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby makes the following further amendment in this department's Notification No. F A 3-22-2021-l-V-(93), dated 30th December 2021, Notification No. F A 3-22-2021-I-V-(27), dated 27th April 2022, Notification No. F A 3-22-2021-l-V-(40), dated 20th July 2022 and Notification No. F A 3-22-2021 -1 -V-(61), dated 30th September 2022, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification, for the word and figure "30th November, 2022", the word and figure "31st January 2023", shall be substituted.
