In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51A and 51B of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification number F.12(11)FD/Tax/2022-104 dated 23.02.2022, as amended from time to time, with immediate effect, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification,-

1. Amendment of Clause 1.-

In sub-clause (2) of clause 1, for the existing expression "31.10.2022", the expression "31.12.2022" shall be substituted;

2. Amendment of Clause 2.-

In clause 2, for the existing expression "31.01.2022", the expression "30.09.2022" shall be substituted; and

3, Amendment of Clause 3.-

In clause 3, in the Table under the existing definition (I) for the existing expression "31.10.2022" against Phase-Ill, the expression "31.12.2022" shall be substituted.
