THE RAJASTHAN GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 Notifications

Body NOTIFICATION F.12(15)FD/Tax-2022-46, dated 30th September, 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax(Amendment) Act, 2022 (of 2022), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 15 of the said Act shall come into force.
